DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This agreement is concluded electronically between the BUYER, whose details are provided below, and the SELLER, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The subject of this agreement is to determine the procedures and principles regarding the sale of the digital service (subscription plans, etc.) ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website https://mozure.com.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Since this is a digital content and service delivery, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised pursuant to Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

However, the SELLER may offer a refund or an extension in special cases, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
6. Duration and Termination of the Agreement

The BUYER may cancel the subscription at any time; however, no refund will be issued in case of cancellation (unless otherwise stated).

The SELLER reserves the right to suspend the service in case of a breach of terms of use.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the BUYER’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
8. Enforcement
By electronically approving this agreement, the BUYER declares that they accept all terms and conditions. The agreement enters into force on the date it is approved.
