    5. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      Since this is a digital content and service delivery, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised pursuant to Article 15\/\u011f of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      However, the SELLER may offer a refund or an extension in special cases, prioritizing customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        8. Enforcement<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        By electronically approving this agreement, the BUYER declares that they accept all terms and conditions. The agreement enters into force on the date it is approved.<\/p>\n
